Spinal Manipulation
Spinal manipulation has a long history of success in treating a variety of health problems. Spinal manipulation has been used multiple times as part of rehabilitative or preventative treatment programs around the world, based on a combination of western medical science and ancient Asian traditional treatments.
Manual therapy, joint therapy, and spinal manipulative therapy are other names for conventional medicine. Spinal manipulation has been used for hundreds of years to treat a variety of conditions in many different countries and cultures around the world.
There are numerous techniques used in spinal manipulation, but two of the most common involve applying a sudden but controlled force to a joint, causing a popping sound, or applying less sudden movements that stretch and gently manipulate joints, muscles, and ligaments.
