Apeksha Kamble

Hello ,I’m Apeksha Kamble. I am a committed physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and MCSP in the UK, as well as the OTPT Council in India. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from MUHS, India, which have equipped me with a strong foundation in physiotherapy principles and a deep understanding of body biomechanics, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.

My professional interests lie in musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and neurological and cardiovascular rehabilitation. Over my career, I have gained extensive clinical experience at renowned medical facilities, including three years at Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, and a year each at KRIMS Nagpur,     Platina Hospital, and New Era Hospital. These opportunities allowed me to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, treating patients with a wide range of conditions, including respiratory, neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiac disorders.

Outside of work, I am passionate about activities that promote physical and mental well-being, such as trekking, yoga, meditation, and swimming. These hobbies not only keep me grounded but also enhance my holistic approach to patient care.

My name is Saqib Hameed. I am a qualified physiotherapist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) in the UK.

I have over five years of experience in physiotherapy — three years in Pakistan and two years in the UK, where I am currently working as a Musculoskeletal physiotherapist.

I have strong skills in assessing and treating musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.

I help patients by understanding their pain, making a clear diagnosis, and creating a treatment plan that suits their needs. I work with patients who have joint or muscle problems, sports injuries, or who are recovering from surgery or neurological conditions.

My main goal is to help patients get back to work and everyday life, pain-free and confident in their movement

Outside of work, I enjoy the activities that keep me physically and mentally healthy. I love playing cricket, going hiking, and traveling with friends.

These hobbies help me stay active and fit, which is important for my work as a physiotherapist.
